1. General Provisions

These general terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising from a purchase contract concluded remotely through the online store operated by the seller.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

The buyer orders goods by completing an electronic order. Submitting an order is considered a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices in the store include VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices. The buyer pays the price valid at the time the order was placed. Available payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery, online card payment.

4. Delivery Terms

Ordered goods will be dispatched to the buyer within 3 business days of order confirmation. For bank transfer payments, the deadline is counted from when the payment is credited to the seller's account.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition, undamaged and in the original packaging. The seller will refund the paid amount within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Complaints Procedure

All goods sold are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months. The buyer is obliged to file a complaint without undue delay after discovering the defect.

7. Personal Data Protection

The seller processes the buyer's personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Details can be found on the Privacy Policy page.

8. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions take effect on the date of their publication. The seller reserves the right to amend them. Relationships not covered by these terms are governed by applicable law.
